How long does shipping take?

Orders usually arrive within 10-18 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?

ChargePod charges $10.00 USD for shipping US only.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days from the date of receiving, as long as they’re in their original packaging and meet our return eligibility requirements. To start a return, contact us at support@chargepod.net. Please see the Returns and Refunds page for more information.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Some of our products include a warranty. You’ll find warranty details on each product page. If you have any issues, just send us an email at support@chargepod.net.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a secure and convenient checkout process using Shopify Payments, so you can pay with all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Plus, we support popular digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for even faster checkout.

How can I track my order?

We make it easy for you to keep an eye on your delivery status! Here’s how you can track your order:

  1. Check your email: As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website for easy tracking.

  2. Use our built-in tracker: For your convenience, you can enter your order number and email address directly on our website using our dedicated Order Tracking Page.

  3. Visit the carrier's website: You can also track your package directly on the shipping carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL). Simply copy the tracking number from your confirmation email and paste it into the tracking field on their site.



Important Notes:

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

  • Haven't received a tracking number? If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@chargepod.net.



Do you ship internationally?

No, ChargePod currently does not ship internationally.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, contact us at [support@chargepod.net within 24 hours. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
